PurePulse is an inline cold pasteurization technology using Pulsed Electric Fields (PEF 2.0) to pasteurize beverages and other liquid food products. PEF is a non-thermal method of food preservation that uses short pulses of electricity for microbe inactivation and causes minimal detrimental effects on food quality.
The PurePulse 600 Solution is a complete system, including high voltage equipment, treatment chamber, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, controls and a buffer tank for start-up water. The system is designed for low-acid fruit juices.
