Successful seminar on Radio Frequency in-pack sterilization

Last month TOP organized a seminar about radio frequency in-pack sterilization. Guest speaker Prof. Matthijs van Dijk (Reframing Studio) gave a lecture about the what and how of innovation. Ir. Hans Hoogland (Unilever) shared his view of the RF-technology and some of the challenges food producers might face when introducing a new technology like this. Presentations of our very own Jannie van Beek and Astrid Kemper concluded the seminar and made sure the 25 attendees were send home with a bunch of new and helpful insights.
